Ankara Aeronautical Vocational School Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program, which was established in 2012 within the body of the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association, has been authorized by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation in 2018 in order to train Cabin Crew Members who will work in commercial air transport companies in accordance with the principles determined within the framework of national and international rules. Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program continues to provide training as an authorized Cabin Crew Basic Training Organization by obtaining the "Approved Cabin Crew Basic Training Organization Authorization Certificate". 

The aim of the Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program is to train Flight Attendants with the necessary knowledge and capabilities to be employed at airline companies. The content of the training program, authorized by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), is qualified to enable students to acquire professional knowledge, skills and qualities at national and international standards. Since the common language used in the aviation industry all over the world is English, it is aimed for the students to acquire English grammar and speaking skills at a level that will allow them to work both in national and international areas.

According to the legislation and rules determined by the International Civil Aviation Authorities, the students will receive theoretical and practical trainings given by the aviation industry experienced  instructors about Cabin Crew Duties and Responsibilities, Normal and Emergency Safety Rules, Flight Operation Processes, First Aid, Cockpit and Cabin Safety, Crew Resource Management, Dangerous Goods Regulations, General Aircraft Information and will acquire the ability of being proactive, communicating effectively, providing cabin service with the aim of passenger comfort. Our practical trainings, where students can experience emergencies such as fire, decompression, and evacuation during flight operations, are carried out in the practice class of the university and in cabin simulators (mock-up) of the contracted airline training centers within the scope of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)  requirements.
